As you may all know that an earthquake at a scale of 7.8 hit Nepal few days ago, the worst in 80 years. More than 6000 people are confirmed dead but estimates are lot higher and millions are affected. may people have lost their homes, children are left behind without parents, many are hungry without having had food for days, injured require immediate medical attention.
Many NGO's all over the world have jumped in to help in this humanitarian cause to help. Members of the Arizona Sikh Medical Association (ASMA) were quick enough to send more than $10,000 to Nepal through Arizona Sikh Gurdwara day after the earthquake. More donations are coming.
