Mamta Kulkarni Detained on Drug Trafficking 90s actress Mamta Kulkarni has been detained in Mombasa, Kenya on drug trafficking charges along with her husband Vicky Goswami. If found guilty of the charges, Mamta Kulkarni could be deported back to India while the US is in talks with Kenya about Vicky’s deportation. Mamta Kulkarni and her husband Vicky have been living in Nairobi Kenya ever since Goswami’s release from a Dubai prison in 2012.

Mamta Kulkarni who is famous for films like Karan Arjun and Baazi is married to Vicky Goswami. Goswami was accused of serious drug trafficking charges back in the 90s and was finally arrested in Dubai in 1997. He has been lying low ever since his release in 2012 but it looks like old problems are back to haunt the couple once again. Mamta Kulkarni’s last film was China Gate and she was rumored to appear in Bigg Boss during the seventh season but things somehow did not work out.
