The first look of Hina Khan as Komolika is out and she has also opned up about playing the iconic character.

While speaking to the Times of India, Hina Khan shared that it's an extemely thrilling experience for her to play Komolika but it comes with a huge responsibility of living up to the expectations of the audiences. "Komolika became a household name who is reminisced even today. She is strongly instilled in the hearts and minds of the viewers. I wil try to retain the essence of the old character, but with a new spin," she told the paper.

The first look of Hina Khan as Komolika is out and it's already creating a wave on social media. From a backless choli to a statement nath, Hina's look as Komolika is strikingly impressive.

On playing a negative character for the first time, Hina said, "Komolika is not a typical vamp, she has a lot of shades to her which unfold as the story progresses which enticed me to play the character. Viewers will see me in an entirely new avatar and I always wanted to try something new to push myself as an actor."
