Watch: Here's why Abhishek is super proud of Amitabh Bachchan's Mumbai Police adFeb 28 (AZINS) Abhishek Bachchan is all praises for his father Amitabh Bachchan's advertisement on Mumbai Police. For the uninitiated, Amitabh Bachchan featured in an advertisement which lauded the Mumbai Police's Quick Response Team for their bravery.

In the advertisement, Amitabh Bachchan is heard informing people that the team has been created post 26/11 attacks. The Quick Response Team are called Elite Commandos, who he claims are ready to face all kinds of obstacles. The video ends with him proudly saying 'Mumbai Police. Aapki Police, Meri Police.'

Abhishek Bachchan applauded the advertisement and put a 'strong' emoticon while retweeting Amitabh's tweet. The original tweet read, "Watch Mr @SrBachchan  introducing Quick Response Team of Mumbai Police. Trained and equipped to deal with any adversity and committed to Mumbai’s security 24/7. #MumbaiFirst"

Co-incidentally India is currently remembering their wing commando, who is reportedly captured in Pakistan's territory, and might also be set free tomorrow. Many Twitter users shared various hashtags and pleas to PM Narendra Modi to bring him back.

The advertisement for Mumbai Police was directed by Salman Khan's upcoming film Bharat's helmer Ali Abbas Zafar. It was backed by Yash Raj Films. Their logo appeared in the last slide along with the text 'In service of our true action heroes'. Ali and Yash Raj Films had collaborated to make films like Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai.
