'Bharat' Box Office Report day 11: Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer shows upward trend
June 16 (AZINS) Days after seeing the constant downward line, there is some ray of hope for Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and team of Bharat. The movie, which released on Eid 2019, took the upward turn and managed to make Rs. 6 crore on Saturday from its collection of Rs. 4 crore on Friday.

Saturday marked a good start to the weekend collections for Bharat, since majority of public do not have to go to office, or work half day at maximum. The movie featuring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover in lead roles, thus saw boost of approximately 50% in collections.

Although that is a reason to smile, the movie is going through a crucial phase. It has not yet touched Rs. 200-crore-mark. Made on a budget of Rs. 100-crore, Bharat's growth dropped drastically on Monday and managed to mint only Rs. 178.16 crore yet (including Saturday collections). Moreover, since Sunday marks an important day for indians due to India vs Pakistan World Cup 2019 match, the movie might not show as much growth as is required.

Considering the collections till date, chances of Bharat being declared semi-hit look higher. The movie is working well in Delhi/UP, reports Box Office India, who also claim that out of the total, it contributed Rs. 40 crore in eleven days. Bharat is not working as well as it should have in Mumbai, states the report.
