July 2 (AZINS) A video posted by the Twitter handle @DannyDutch has left everyone on Social Media baffled. The video shows incoming traffic of bikes and cars disappear from the bridge.

The video left everybody on social media puzzled, with people trying to make sense of this peculiar occurrence.

Daniel tweeted, "The traffic just disappears". The video has 693 retweets and 1.7K likes.

A  twitter handle pointed out that it was an optical illusion created by the dirt underneath the bridge.

Ramya Kannan related this strange occurrence to the Bermuda triangle. The Bermuda Triangle is also called the 'Devil's triangle' in the western part of the North Atlantic ocean where aircrafts and ships seemed to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

This curious case of optical illusion has prompted people on social media to draw in references from films like Harry Potter and Inception.

All in all the video has left a lot of people confused on Twitter. Optical illusions create a lot of hype on Social Media. There have been previous instances where optical illusions amazed audiences on Twitter.

An optical illusion is created when your brain can't believe what your eyes perceive.

Susana Martinez-Conde, director of the laboratory of visual neuroscience at Barrow Neurological Institute told ABC news that when someone's subjective perception doesn't match the physical reality of the world an illusion is created.

We hope that twitter churns out more stuff that creates a dissonance between the eyes and the brain.
