Within a week, Shraddha Kapoor's movies 'Saaho' alongside Prabhas, and 'Chhichhore' alongside Sushant Singh Rajput, released in theatres. While Prabhas starrer had more screens, which added to the advantage of the film, Chhichhore barely saw any numbers coming in so far.

Chhichhore featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role opened to 10-15% occupancy, as per a report on Box Office India. While it is usually star power, this time Dangal director Nitesh Tiwari's power as a helmer is pulling audiences to theatres, at least initially.

Chhichhore was not much in buzz. With a comparatively weaker star cast, and the music of the film not being great enough either, Chhichhore openings were expected to be dull. More so, the movie had competition from Prabhas, who has become a larger-than-life persona in the film industry, thus not helping the film in that aspect either. In fact not only Chhichhore, even IT - Chapter 2 suffered poor Box Office results thanks to Saaho.

Apart from Sushant and Shraddha, Chhichhore also stars Varun Sharma, Prateik Babbar, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Naveen Polishetty, Tushar Pandey and Nalneesh Neel in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Fox Star Studios.
