'It's a friendship that's lasted 16 years': Katrina Kaif talks about her bond with Salman Khan
Katrina Kaif is one of the few actors who has been vocal about her breakups, relationships and her equation with her exes. It's been more than three years since Ranbir Kapoor and she part ways but whenever quizzed about the breakup, the Bharat actor has spoken at length about the struggles she faced initially and how she overcame it. Katrina has no bitter things for everyone and it's also known that she likes media interactions and has handled every kind of question thrown at her maturely.

During the recent India Today Conclave, Katrina spoke about the breakup stating, "It was a relationship, all relationships are a learning curve for all. It can get into your head, show you your fears, strengths, and it is also a beautiful experience. If it doesn’t work out, the takeaway is that you learn to look within, instead of blaming the other."

When asked about going the family way, the Zero actor replied, "I've always wanted a family. and I believe in marriage and that family is above all. It is an unbreakable bond and the No 1 driving force in my life."

There have been constant rumours that Salman Khan and Katrina who reportedly dated many years ago are now back together. When asked about it, she said, "It's a friendship that's lasted 16 years, he’s a true friend. He's a solid person who is there for you when you need it. He may not be in touch with you all the time but he stands beside his friends."

Both of them last worked together in Bharat released earlier this year.
