Farhan Akhtar hopes 'The Sky Is Pink' co-star Zaira Wasim 'changes her mind' about quitting films
The promotions of Priyanka Chopra Jonas' Bollywood comeback film The Sky Is Pink have begun. The movie, which marks PeeCee's comeback into Bollywood, could most probably be the last film that Zaira Wasim works in, during her span in Bollywood.

While the world is still adapting to the fact that Zaira might not be part of Bollywood anymore, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur had mentioned that she should be allowed to make a choice, and that they would stand by her decision. Meanwhile, it appears that Zaira's The Sky Is Pink co-star Farhan Akhtar is of a different opinion.

Stating that after working with her in the movie, Farhan hopes Zaira changes her decision, he told Mumbai Mirror in an interview, "Every individual has the right to decide what they want to do with their life and it's not for us to say if that's right or wrong. But purely as someone who's worked with her, I hope Zaira changes her mind."

Zaira announced her early retirement from Bollywood in the month of July. The Sky Is Pink, directed by Shonali Bose, would see the actress play the powerful character of teenage motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary, who was also the author of the book 'My Little Epihanies'.
