Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are often seen sharing photos and videos with each other on their social media pages. The couple is nearing two years of their marital life and has been setting couple goals since the time they started dating. From their wedding photos, holiday moments to festivals, Virat and Anushka celebrate every moment together and to the fullest. They leave no stone unturned in showering love on each other now and then.

A while back, Virat took to his Instagram page and shared a throwback photo with Anushka. The photo was clicked during their New Year 2019 celebrations in Cape Town just after their wedding held in December 2017. In the photo, the Indian skipper is seen in a grey T-shirt and black shorts while Anushka wore a black T-Shirt dress. He captioned the post with loved-up emojis.

Earlier talking about their private wedding, Virat had said, "Basically the plan was, all executed by Anushka, as I was in the middle of a series. She figured out the location and everything. She mentioned it categorically that we have to keep it confidential and there was no other way around."

While Anushka told Filmfare, "We wanted to keep it genuine. We didn’t want it to be adulterated and touched by anything, which would remind us that we’re celebrities. We were with our parents and our siblings, who’ve sacrificed so much for us, our closest friends, who’ve supported us through our worst. If we’d allowed it to become public in any way, we would be reminded of our public standing. We didn’t want that. We just wanted to be like two people in love. We never counted for who we were publicly when we fell in love. Our beings fell in love. We wanted to feel that purity at our wedding. That’s why we kept it so close to our hearts and kept it away from anything, which would make us think about anything other than us and the people who were part of this. It was surreal."
