The actor has now unveiled the latest poster and a promo from the movie. This promo and poster are being loved by fans for more reasons than one.

An Ajay Devgn fan pointed out, "During the combat battle with forces of Udaybhan #Tanhaji broke his shield but he continued fighting by tying his upper garment over his defending hand in order to ward off Udaybhan's blows."

The fan pointed out the story behind the latest poster of Ajay Devgn. Not only the poster, but the promo of the film also shows the scene in a glimpse. Tanhaji, played by Ajay, is seen holding a flag with om written on it, while he sits with his new shield.

Tanaji Malusare, an aid of Maratha leader Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, came into focus and soon after, Twitter started trending Jai Shivaji Jai Tanhaji. Interestingly, not only Ajay Devgn fans but even an Akshay Kumar fan showed excitement for the film.

While the trailer of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior would be unveiled on November 19, the movie, also starring Saif Ali Khan, Kajol, Luke Kenny, Padmavati Rao and Sharad Kelkar, is slated for January 10, 2020 release. The movie is helmed by Om Raut.
