Box Office day 1 early estimates: Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan' opens to good numbers
'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan' which released in theatres today might go on to become Ayushmann Khurrana's highest-grossing film so far. The movie is expected to cross his previous film 'DreamGirl's collections of Rs. 9.43 crore.

Starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Jitendra Kumar, Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta in pivotal roles, 'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan' had a good opening of 20-25% at the Box Office. The Mahashivratri holiday has helped the film to a great extent.

The movie is the sequel of Ayushmann's 2017-hit film 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan'. The main benefit which that movie had, was the fact that it was made on a lower budget and Ayushmann had still not worked in movies like 'DreamGirl' and 'AndhaDhun', which went on to make him a star.

Even though 'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan' has opened better than Vicky Kaushal's release 'Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship', the Box Office collections could be a result of the Mahashivratri holiday. Thus, the real test for 'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan' would be on Monday, since that would talk about the buzz of the film on a non-holiday day.
