After Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan turns rapper; makes lockdown rap for fans to stay safe
Bollywood celebrities in every possible way are urging fans to stay indoors during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic across the world. Many celebs took to their social media pages and posted a video in which they are asking people to be safe. Many even slammed people for going outdoors despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi's message to citizens of the country. Kartik Aaryan had shared a video in which he is seen rapping the precautionary messages.

Now it seems like Varun Dhawan has followed the footsteps of Kartik. A while back, he took to his social media pages and shared a video in which we see birds chirping, PM's speech, empty roads of Mumbai and Varun working out.

Varun captioned the video stating, "#LOCKDOWN #vararaps Stay indoors stay safe Thank you @tanishk_bagchi @ericpillai @dipraj_jadhav_edits @go_addy".

Earlier, during Janata Curfew, Varun had shared a video with his family and wrote, "#JantaCurfew  I salute the heroes fighting this virus. Everyone from my generation please look after your elders. Stay at home House building. We will fight this. Maintain quarantine #SocialDistancingNow"

Meanwhile, on the work front, Varun will next be seen in David Dhawan's upcoming directorial titled Coolie No 1. In the film, the actor is paired opposite Sara Ali Khan for the first time. The trailer for the film was supposed to drop in soon, however, due to the pandemic, it has been delayed.

Moreover, the film was scheduled to release on May 1, 2020, on Labour's Day.
