Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi couple Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta have welcomed a baby girl amid lockdown. Yes, their daughter arrived on April 15, 2020, and the announcement was made by both Smriti and Gautam. They took to their Instagram pages and shared photos with their baby by holding her in their arms and hiding her face too. Smriti has been talking about her pregnancy on her social media pages too.

Smriti posted the photo with a caption stating, "Our princess has arrived 15.04.2020". While Gautam posted a photo of holding his baby and it's a beautiful sight. He wrote, "Daddy’s bundle of joy!" A few days back, Gupta had celebrated his birthday and the loving wife beautifully wished him. She ended the note by writing, "Sorry the birthday gift is a bit late but it’ll arrive anytime now".

A few days back, Smriti had written a note for her baby which read as "Dear baby, just hang in there for a few more days. The world outside is going crazy! I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that you’re so strong already and you’ll be born into a world which is learning a whole new way of living, which isn’t a bad thing."

She added, "Also know that you’re celebrated each day. Every kick, roll and movement within is noticed and adored. I hope you’re feeling all the love. I feel for other mamas who are in this situation - a pregnancy full of uncertainty and added anxiety. But remember, we are all together in this and together we can do it all."
