Tanushree Dutta's lawyer reveals she 'thought of suicide too'; seeks thorough probe into Sushant Singh Rajput death
Tanushree Dutta's lawyer Nitin Satpute has opened up about the ongoing investigation on Sushant Singh Rajput's case. The actor's death by suicide has led to a lot of discussions and accusations which has led to even social media trial too. Many have given the range of nepotism and also alleged that the late actor was sidelined by many people from the industry. Nitin addressed these issues and also gave the example of Tanushree Dutta, who filed a sexual misconduct case in 2008 during Me Too movement in India.

In a video to Zee News, Nitin stated that prima facie showed the signs of suicide. But later on, reasoning and investigation are bringing out different aspects of the case. Satpute was heard saying that if Sushant was sidelined or targeted by industry people, it's not right and he said that the nepotism angle seemed to show the sign of torture.

By giving an example of Tanushree, Nitin went on to share that she faced alleged sexual misconduct in 2008 but the case was filed about 10 years later. The lawyer added that in the scrutiny if it comes to know that Sushant has been provoked to commit suicide, such people should be punished.

Satpute shared that he has been asked by many to look into Sushant's case. He concluded by saying that whosoever names come up during the investigation and if they have ever sidelined Sushant or if there's a nepotism angle, he won't spare them and take strict action on them.
