The 23-year-old regrets how starstruck she got when she ran into the "Dumb and Dumber To" actor, admitting that she ran away instead of engaging in a conversation, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I ran into Bill Murray in the lobby of a hotel and completely freaked out," Charlie was quoted as saying by LOOK magazine.

"He told me he liked my shoes and I ran away because I didn't know what to say. In hindsight, I wish I'd invited him to a party or something, but I didn't play it cool at all," she added.
