New 'Star Wars' character from 'Rogue One' unveiled
Los Angeles, July 22 (AZINS) A new character named Edrio Two Tubes from the upcoming "Star Wars" film "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" has been unveiled at the San Diego Comic-Con.

Edrio Two Tubes is a mercenary pilot whose face is obscured due to the mask that he wears to breathe. He flies alongside his eggmate, Benthic. The two share the nickname derived from the breathing apparatus that allows their Tognath physiology to process oxygen atmospheres, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Edrio's home world Yar Togna was conquered and occupied by the Empire, forcing him to flee as a refugee. Desiring to strike back at the Empire, Edrio and Benthic have allied with Saw Gerrera.

"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" directed by Gareth Edwards will be released in the US on December 16. It follows a band of Rebel fighters stealing the plans for the Death Star before it can be used by the Emperor.

Felicity Jones, Forest Whitaker and Mads Mikkelsen are among the cast members.
