Synopsis: In a small, sleepy, deserted town in India with an eerie atmosphere there are inscriptions written on walls – "O Stree, Kal Aana"(O Woman, Come Tomorrow). It’s the time of annual festivities for the local goddess, which lasts four nights when men are not safe after nightfall and try to stay indoors. There are fables of a strange woman who abducts men, leaving only their clothes behind. Nobody knows the facts, but fear is palpable. The protagonist "Vicky" is a popular tailor in town, lives a mundane life with his two friends "Bittu" and "Jana". When "Vicky" meets beautiful "Gayatriv" things start getting interesting and the two friends cannot understand why someone like "Gayatri" would be attracted to "Vicky". When she has strange requests, they realize there is something wrong about the girl ! Meanwhile "Vicky" also becomes suspicious of "Gayatri", doubting if she could really be Stree? Evidence seems to point to her. Soon more men in town start disappearing. With things quickly spinning out of control, will Vicky figure out who Stree really is? will he be able to fight her and save the town? Can Vicky solve the riddle and at what cost?.... STREE tells the story of a crazy legend that comes true and wreaks havoc in the lives of the simple-minded townsfolk. It cleverly balances scares and thrills with quirky comedy, making for a good horror-comedy movie with loads of wit.
