DESCRIPTION Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting one or more clients with customer inquiries and support while demonstrating our company values. Also, for responding to customers via phone, text and email. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Inbound General Customer Service.* Records and verifies names, addresses, purchases, and specific feedback of customers to maintain an accurate customer list.* Data entry into CRM system.* Educate customer on specific information.* Contacts customers to gather market research.* Uses computer and multiple programs.* Works on-site or remote when required.* Full Schedule Flexibility required.* Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
