We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record of office administrative skills. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our management company. Duties: Perform and manage day-to-day operations including answering phones and emails, General administrative duties, Schedule, and coordinate meetings, Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases, Accounts Payable Function. Qualifications: Relevant work experience, Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Ability to multitask, Comfortable with computer Systems, Data entry, Analysis skills, Quick books, Associate''s degree( Economics or accounting )Prefered. This work environment typically involves working in an office professional environment and regular hours.
