Ex-West Bengal CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharya hospitalised, condition seriousFormer Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya has been admitted to Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital Limited on Friday.
He has been admitted to ICCU as his condition remains to be serious. Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also left for the hospital to inquire about Buddhadeb health.
Bhattacharya ruled West Bengal from 2000 to 2011. He is 75 years old.
Meanwhile, CPI(M) chief Sitaram Yechury will also be traveling to Kolkata on Saturday morning to see Budhhadeb Bhattacharya as he continues to remain extremely critical.
