Irrfan Khan amidst his treatment in London came back to India to shoot for his upcoming film, Angrezi Medium. The talented actor shot for the film in Rajasthan and then later on headed to London for further schedule. Along with Irrfan, the film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan as a London-based cop and Radhika Madan as his onscreen daughter. Now, the trailer for Angrezi Medium is set to be unveiled on Thursday that is, February 13, 2020.

But before that, Irrfan recorded a voice message for his fans wherein he spoke about the film and how he won't be able to promote it owing to his treatment. In the video, shared by the makers, we also see stills from Angrezi Medium along with Khan's voiceover. The actor is heard saying that there are unwelcomed guests inside his body which needs to be treated and thrown out. Irrfan also calls Angrezi Medium an extremely special film.

Talking about Angrezi Medium, the film also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Dimple Kapadia, Ranvir Shorey, Pankaj Tripathi and Kiku Sharda in pivotal roles. Directed by Homi Adajania, the much-awaited film is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande.

Angrezi Medium is a sequel to 2017 hit film Hindi Medium which had Irrfan and Pakistani actor Saba Qamar in lead roles. The sequel shows their onscreen daughter as grown-up looking for further education and the story narrative then takes them to London.

The film is slated to release on March 20, 2020.
