Right when the song was going down on the list, Obama's compilation of speeches in the video has given people a reason to catch it up again, reported E! Online. In the video Obama is seen repeating practically every lyric to Hotline Bling by Drake. The creators have even put the president's head on the singer's body for some crazy dance moves.
