Last round of call to come join our team of volunteers for the amazing health fair planned by AZINA in collaboration with IACRF and Twin Epidemic! We have a team of 60 nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians along with over 70 youth and adult community volunteers offering health screening, point of care testing and health education! Come volunteer with us at this wonderful event serving our community, all brought together free by the generous contributions of our donors and sponsors!
