Janhvi who is paired opposite Ishaan Khatter in the film, had been making it to the headlines now-and-then, not just because she is a star-kid, but also because of her stunning looks and on-point dress sense.

Many fan pages and fan clubs in the name of Janhvi had surfaced on social media, but the young actress' own Instagram account remained private until a few months ago.

On the same lines, during an interview with Harper Bazaar, Janhvi disclosed that she had deleted all her pictures before making her account 'public'.

She said, "As for my Instagram, I used to have a private profile and then I was told I need to open it up, so I deleted everything to start from the beginning."

Janhvi currently has 1.9 million followers on her verified Instagram handle, which goes by the name @janhvikapoor.

The account is a mix of, both promotional and personal pictures.

Janhvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan Khatter are at the moment gearing up for the release of their debut film Dhadak.

The promotions are in full swing, and the actors are traveling from one city to another for the same. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Dhadak is the Hindi remake of the blockbuster Marathi film, Sairat.

The film revolves around the story of two people belonging to different castes, who fall in love with each other.

Produced under the banner of Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, Dhadak is slated for July 20 release.
