Motorola introduces the Moto E5 for Rs 9,999 and the Moto E5 Plus for Rs 11,999 in IndiaJuly 10 (AZINS) The Moto E5 and Moto E5 Plus smartphones have been launched in India. While the Moto E5 is priced at Rs. 9,999 and will be available starting tonight at 12AM, the Moto E5 Plus will be priced at Rs 11,999 and will be available via Amazon India.

In terms of specifications, the Moto E5 sports a 5.7-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor, paired with 2GB RAM. The device includes an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

Running Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box, the device comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera along with a 5MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11a/c/g, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2 and microUSB. A 4000mAh battery completes the package.

On the other hand, the Moto E5 Plus sports a 6-inch IPS LCD display with a 1440×720 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor, paired with 3GB RAM. It also includes Adreno 505 GPU. The device includes an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

Running Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box, the device comes equipped with a 12MP rear camera with f/2.0, LED and PDAF along with an 8MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11a/c/g, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2 and microUSB. A 5000mAh battery completes the package and includes support for 15W TurboPower charging. It claims to offer  6 hours of usage in 15 minutes of charging respectively.
