Box Office: Ranbir Kapoor's 'Sanju' crosses Rs 300 crore mark in 17 days, here's the full breakdownJuly 16 (AZINS) Ranbir Kapoor has finally managed to do the unthinkable! His latest release Sanju has managed to cross the Rs 300 crore mark at the box office in its third weekend. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial has been shattering records left, right and centre ever since it hit the theatres. While one would have thought that the Sanjay Dutt biopic will slow down at the ticket windows but going by its current pace even after 3 weeks of its release, that seems unlikely to happen. Sanju is clearly not done with creating new records yet. The movie has now become the sixth highest grosser of the year so far.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the details of the box office figures of the film. Sanju raked in Rs 9.29 crore on the third Sunday of its release. In the third week, Sanju minted Rs 2.24 crore on Friday and Rs 7.75 crore on Saturday after which the collections witnessed an upward jump on Sunday.

Despite the FIFA World Cup finals and new releases at the box office like Antman and the Wasp and Soorma, Sanju has managed to hold its own.

Week 1:

Friday: Rs 34.75 crore

Saturday: Rs 38.6 crore

Sunday: Rs 46.71 crore

Monday: Rs 25.35 crore

Tuesday: Rs 22.1 crore

Wednesday: Rs 18.9 crore

Thursday: Rs 16.1 crore

Week 2:

Friday: Rs 12.90 crore

Saturday: Rs 22.02 crore

Sunday: Rs 28.05 crore

Monday: Rs 9 crore

Tuesday: Rs 8.30 crore

Wednesday: Rs 6.42 crore

Thursday: Rs 5.52 crore

Week 3:

Friday: Rs 4.42 crore

Saturday: Rs 7.75 crore

Total: Rs 316.64 crore

Going by the current pace, we won't be surprised if Sanju ends up beating Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Tiger Zinda Hai at the box office as well. Watch this space for the latest updates.
