Salman Khan's rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur to play a Krishna Bhakt in her debut filmAug 22 (AZINS) Romanian playback singer Iulia Vantur, after taking off on a musical career in the Hindi film industry is all set to impress us with her acting chops as an actress.

Looks like it as Race 3 actor Salman Khan's rumoured girlfriend Iulia has bagged her first film.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, the singer-presenter will be seen in filmmaker Prem Soni’s next film, where she will essay the role of a Polish Krishna bhakt.

The film is said to be shot extensively in Delhi, Mathura and Poland, according to a report in the daily.

A source told the tabloid, “She falls in love with the country and becomes a Krishna bhakt. The team had been looking for a foreigner who can speak Hindi but not too well for months. Iulia was approached recently.”

If rumour mills are to be believed, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gulam actor Jimmy Sheirgill will also play an integral part in the film.

Soni has earlier directed films like Main Aur Mrs Khanna and Ishq In Paris, but unfortunately both of them tanked at the box office.

So far, Iulia has sung the number, Selfish in Salman Khan’s Race 3. Before that, she collaborated with Maniesh Paul for Harjai and with Himesh Reshammiya for Aap Se Mausiiqui.

Iulia had also performed with Bobby Deol at the International Indian Film Festival which was held in Thailand recently.

However, more often than not the gorgeous lady is in the news for her relationship with Salman Khan.

However, both Salman and her have been mum about it and rather believe in keeping things private.

Iulia Vantur, once said in an interview said, “I never talk about him (Salman Khan) because I usually keep my personal life for myself. I feel this is the only area one should keep sacred. Our work anyway gives us all the exposure, but what’s so intimate and private in your life, should be there only for you and your loved ones. That’s the reason I’ve not been speaking about it. There are things that are so precious that you want to protect them.”
