Oppo A5 launched in India at Rs 14,990: Specifications, features and moreAug 24 (AZINS) Oppo launched the Oppo A5 in India today. The device is priced at Rs 14,990 and will be available for purchase via online and offline stores in the country from August 25. It will be available in Blue and Red colour variants.

In terms of specifications, the Oppo A5 features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a 720x1520 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, paired with 4GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

Running Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.1 on top, the device comes equipped with a dual rear camera set up – 13MP primary sensor along with a 2MP sensor. It also includes a 8MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS and microUSB. A 4230mAh battery completes the package.

Recently, Oppo also launched the Oppo F9 and Oppo F9 Pro in India. While the Oppo F9 is priced at Rs 19,990, the Oppo F9 Pro is priced at Rs 23,990. Both devices will be available in Starry Purple, Sunrise Red and Twilight Blue colour variants. The Oppo F9 Pro will be available via Flipkart, Amazon India, and Paym Mall and select offline stores from August 31. At the moment, there is no information provided to as to when the Oppo F9 will be available in India.
