'Zero' trailer to be unveiled on Shah Rukh Khan's birthdayAug 24 (AZINS) Every Shah Rukh Khan film is keenly awaited by the audience and the trade alike. However, the anticipation for his next release, Zero, is said to surpass that of his previous outings.

Cinegoers are looking forward to his December release as he not only teams up with Aanand L Rai, who is one of the most sought-after filmmakers of India, but also plays a vertically-challenged man on screen for the first time. Its first teaser was unveiled on January 1, 2018 while a song featuring SRK and Salman Khan was released on Eid (June 15). A month later, King Khan gave moviegoers a glimpse of Katrina Kaif’s look from the movie on her birthday (July 17). Now, we hear the trailer will be launched on the actor-producer’s birthday (November 2). We had met Aanand when he was showing the trailer of Manmarziyaan, and asked him when was he planning to release Zero’s promo.

At that time, Aanand had said, “We’ll come out with Zero’s trailer on November 2, Khansaab’s birthday. The shooting has been completed and the post-production is underway, as per the schedule.”

Zero, which also stars Anushka Sharma, has extensive visual effects in keeping with its storyline, a first for the film-maker who is synonymous with earthy, rooted and musical love stories. Talking about his experience, Aanand said, “It’s amazing how technology can add to telling a story like Zero. The film is turning out wonderfully. I look forward to sharing it when it’s ready.”
