Sep 4 (AZINS) The Oppo Realme 2 went on sale today in India today via e-commerce portal Flipkart. The company boasted on Twitter that the sub-brand sold 200,000 units in just 5 minutes during its first flash sale. It also mentioned that the next sale will be on September 11, at 12PM.
The 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage variant is priced at Rs 8,990 while the 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage variant is priced at 10,990. It will be available in Diamond Black and Diamond Red colour variants. In October, the Diamond Blue variant will go on sale in the country.
If you purchase the smartphone with HDFC Bank credit and debit card, you can avail a discount of Rs 750. Additionally, Reliance Jio will offer up to 120GB additional data and benefits worth up to Rs 4,200 when you purchase the device.
The device features a 6.2-inch display along with a 720x1520 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 450 processor, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM. It will be offered in two storage variants – 32GB and 64GB. It can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.
It comes equipped with a dual rear camera set up – 13MP + 2MP sensor and will also include an 8MP front-facing camera. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS and microUSB. A 4230mAh battery completes the package.
