'I couldn't speak properly': Aamir Khan on first day with Amitabh Bachchan on 'Thugs Of Hindostan' setsSep 8 (AZINS) Vijay Krishna Acharya's directorial Thugs Of Hindostan is getting some amazing stars on board together.

The stellar cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh has created quite a stir already, owing to all these stars who will be seen sharing screen space.

The film which is slated to release by the end of this year has got everyone eager and we are no different!

But interestingly, not only are we excited! It is Aamir's excitement that has caught our attention.

Just like several of us, it was dream come true for Aamir Khan as the actor lived a fanboy moment with Amitabh on the first day of the sets of the film.

In a recent interview with Mid-Day, the Dangal actor got candid about his upcoming film and revealed how he felt when he came to know that he was going to work and share screen space with Big B.

While recollecting the first day of rehearsals of Thugs Of Hindostan, Aamir shared, "I have been a huge fan of Mr Bachchan all along. [During] the first day of rehearsals, when we were sitting and reading scenes together, it was a fanboy moment for me. I couldn't speak properly or remember my lines, and I was all over the place. Every day that I sat next to him has been a joy for me. We love it when actors themselves become fans! Wouldn't you agree? I am a student of whatever I am dealing with. Everything is new to me."

But it is not just Aamir who is awe of this megastar.

Amitabh too has mutual feelings and respect for Mr Perfectionist.

In an interview with PTI earlier, the Brahmastra actor had said, "Aamir can be termed great, not me. I have enjoyed his performances and his films. He is an accomplished actor and a great star."

Thugs Of Hindostan is set to hit the silver screen on November 7.
