Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband Sunjay Kapur and Priya Sachdev blessed with a baby boyDec 22 (AZINS) Businessman Sunjay Kapur and his current wife Priya Sachdev, who got married in April 2017, took a step towards parenthood and are now blessed with a baby boy. The couple named their little one Azarius, which in Hebrew means 'God has helped'.

Sunjay was already blessed with two children with his ex-wife and Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor. Priya too already has a daughter named Safira from her previous marriage to hotelier Vikram Chatwal. All the three children are equally important to Sunjay, suggests Priya's Instagram posts.

The newly-turned-dad became a popular name in the Indian media post his marriage to actress Karisma Kapoor. While their marriage was good while it lasted (almost a decade), it unfortunately ended on a sour note – with rounds of the court and their children Sameira and Kiaan Raj bearing the after-effects of it.

Sunjay and Karisma wanted to separate in 2014 but they managed to get an official divorce only in 2016. During that phase, Sunjay’s lawyer alleged that Karisma was poisoning their children against their father.

Sunjay was first married to designer Nandita Mahtani, who is now in a relationship with Bollywood actor Dino Morea, but the couple did not have any children. Nandita too chooses to remain focused on her career over thinking about marriage.

Rumours of Sunjay's third wife Priya being pregnant floated in October and she herself cleared all of it by taking to Instagram and announcing her pregnancy after collaborating with a brand.

Priya and Sunjay met 5 years ago, on a flight and they further kept in touch, Priya had once recollected. She has constantly supported her husband on social media even as father to his previous kids, since she posted photos of him with them on her account.

On the other hand, Karisma is focusing on raising their children right, with no plans of marriage. Her father Randhir Kapoor had confirmed this to us saying, "There's no truth to this. I would want to get Karisma married again, but she isn't interested. We have spoken about it and she has clearly told me she doesn't want to start a family again. She wants to raise her kids (Samiera and Kiaan) well and that's her only plan right now."
