Game of Thrones: Lena Headey's final day as Cersei Lannister was 'tedious'Jan 30 (AZINS) As the final season of Game of Thrones is inching towards the end, new details about the various last days of the cast are coming to light. Out of all the leading cast members, Lena Headey -- who plays Cersei Lannister -- had the most bizarre and tedious final day on the sets.

Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, Kit Harington have already talked about their final day on the sets. Starks of Winterfell were very emotional. But turns out that things were far from emotional for the Lannister clan.

In an interview with Variety, Headey revealed that her final day on the sets of Game of Thrones was a bit boring. "My last day on set was weirdly very tedious because I just had to shoot going up and down these stairs and that was it."

Headey who was promoting her movie Fighting With My Family at Sundance Film Festival joked that if she gives away anything more, the showrunners will kill her!

The last time we saw Cersei in Game of Thrones was at King's Landing where she was abandoned by her brother-cum-lover Jaime Lannister. Cersei is pregnant with Jaime's child and the winter has reached her doorstep. While a lot of theories are floating around about her fate in the final season, we shall have to wait until April 14 to know the actual results.
