Gully Boy Box Office Collection: Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt's film mints Rs 32.50 crore in 2 daysFeb 16 (AZINS) Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy opned to a massive figure of Rs 19.40 crore on day one. The film saw its theatrical release on Thursday, which also happened to be Valentine's Day and probably, the film benefitted on that account too.

The box office collections of Gully Boy witnessed a dip on day two. The movie managed to rake in a total of Rs 13.10 crore on the second day of its release. The overall total of the film stands at Rs 32.50 crore in the first two days.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the box office figures and other details. He wrote, "#GullyBoy dips in metros [marginal] and mass circuits/Tier-2 cities [maximum] on Day 2... Day 3 [Sat] and Day 4 [Sun] should witness substantial growth at metros [target audience]... Strong *extended* weekend on cards... Thu 19.40 cr, Fri 13.10 cr. Total: ? 32.50 cr. India biz."

The Zoya Akhtar directorial has been receiving rave reviews and the performances of both Ranveer and Alia along with the remaining cast including Vijay Raaz, Kalki Koechlin, Siddhant Chaturvedi among others, are being much appreciated. The movie is gathering a pretty good word of mouth. It will be interesting to see how the film fares in its opening weekend?
