'Gully Boy' Box Office: Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt's film passes Monday's litmus test; makes Rs 81.10 crore in 5 daysFeb 19 (AZINS) Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy is creating wonders at the box office. The film gave Zoya Akhtar her biggest opening as it made about Rs 19.40 crore on its release day that is, February 14, 2019. Over the weekend, the film made a collection of more than Rs 70 crore and is definitely a hit at the box office. Moreover, Gully Boy has also passed the Monday litmus test with flying colours.

On Monday, the film made about Rs 8.65 crore and the total collection of Gully Boy until now is Rs 81.10 crore at the domestic market. Talking about the same, trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#GullyBoy shows a solid hold on Mon [Day 5]... Expectedly, metros are driving the biz... Should hit ? 100 cr on Thu [Day 8]... Mumbai circuit is the front runner [terrific]... Thu 19.40 cr, Fri 13.10 cr, Sat 18.65 cr, Sun 21.30 cr, Mon 8.65 cr. Total: ? 81.10 cr. India biz."

Thursday: Rs 19.40 crore

Friday: Rs 13.10 crore

Saturday: Rs 18.65 crore

Sunday: Rs 21.30 crore

Monday: Rs 8.65 crore

Total: Rs 81.10 crore

The movie is likely to hit make a good collection on its first Tuesday as there's a holiday for Shivaji Jayanti in the state of Maharashtra. Gully Boy is all set to be Zoya's third film to enter Rs 100 crore club after Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Dil Dhadakne Do.
