Karthi to share screen space with sister-in-law Jyotika for Drishyam director Jeethu Joseph's nextMar 6 (AZINS) Actor Karthi is all set to share screen space with his sister-in-law Jyotika in director Jeethu Joseph's next untitled project. Jeethu Joseph is known for his blockbuster Drishyam which starred Mohanlal and Meena as leads. The Malayalam superhit was remade in major regional languages and tasted success in almost all the versions. The Tamil version Papanasam starring Kamal Haasan and Gautami was also helmed by Jeethu Joseph and marked his directorial debut in Kollywood.

Now, Jeethu Joseph is working on the pre-production of his yet-untitled film with Karthi. While Jyotika has been signed to play a pivotal role in the film, the makers are on the lookout for a lead actress to be paired opposite Karthi. Jyotika will not be seen romancing Karthi in the film, but her role will be very significant to the story.

Karthi is currently busy shooting for Maanagaram director Lokesh Kanagaraj's Kaithi, which is on the brink of completion. The team has been shooting non-stop during the nights and Karthi is expected to wrap up the project soon. He will soon move on to Remo director Bakkiyaraj Kannan's next untitled film, which is expected to start rolling from the third week of March.

Geetha Govindam actress Rashmika Mandanna will make her K'town debut through this film.
