Mar 13 (AZINS) After releasing the trailer earlier this month, the makers of Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl starrer 'Notebook' have now released an upbeat dance number titled 'Bumbro' featuring Zaheer dancing his heart out. Yet another remix, 'Bumro' is a remake of the classic 'Mission Kashmir' song 'Bhumro Bhumro' which came out in 2000s and featured Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta. The makers have added a Kashmiri touch to the good old song.
Not just the lyrics and music, the makers have also given a twist to the signature step that has been a part of every 90s kid's childhood. After 'Nai Lagda' and 'Laila', 'Bumro' is the third song from the film that will mark the debut of both Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl.
'Notebook' is a 2019 Bollywood romance-drama. The film has been shot extensively in the backdrops of Kashmir. Zaheer Iqbal who hails from a non-filmy background happens to be the first member from his family to set his foot in Bollywood.
Debutant actress Pranutan, who incidentally is the granddaughter of late actress Nutan, was a lawyer by profession but always aspired to be an actor and hence chose it to further her career interests.
Helmed by National Award winning director Nitin Kakkar and produced by Salma Khan, Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde, 'Notebook' is all set to release on March 29.
