Did 'Avengers: Endgame' new trailer drop a major lie about 'Captain Marvel'? This theory suggests soMar 19 (AZINS) On March 8, 2019, the whole world witnessed one of the strongest and powerful superheroes Captain Marvel on the big screen. Played by Brie Larson, the actor was well-appreciated for her incredible performance as Carol Danvers. In the film, we got a glimpse of why Nick Fury played by Samuel L Jackson before getting disintegrated paged Marvel in the post-credit scene of Avengers: Infinity War so as to defeat Thanos.

In the post-credit scene of Captain Marvel, we get a glimpse of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow played by Scarlett Johansson, Steve Rogers/Captain America played by Chris Evan), Bruce Banner/Hulk played by Mark Ruffalo and James 'Rhodey' Rhodes/War Machine played by Don Cheadle. All of them try to figure out the message sent by Fury from his pager and suddenly Captain Marvel appears and asks 'Where's Fury?'

In this scene, we see that Steve Rogers is sporting a heavy beard as seen in Avengers: Infinity War as well. But if we observe, Cap Am in Avengers: Endgame trailer, he is shown clean shaved. With this, we can theorise that the makers of Avengers: Endgame omitted Captain Marvel from the first trailer that was released last year in the month of December.

Thus, it gives us an idea that there might be a time gap between Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame trailer. Like always, with MCU, we shouldn't just 'believe what we see' when it comes to the trailers.

As shown in Avengers: Infinity War trailer, there wasn't any involvement of the Hulk during the battle. It was just a tease by the makers.
