Neetu Kapoor urging son Ranbir Kapoor to move in with Alia Bhatt?Author : AZIndia News Desk
April 25 (AZINS) A video of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor exiting an interior design and architecture firm in Mumbai recently went viral on social media, following which multiple reports suggested that the couple might be planning to move in together.
However a few days later, Asian Age reported that Ranbir has postponed the plans for now and infact decided to move back with his parents. The newspaper qouted a friend of the actor as saying, “The recent circumstances (father Rishi Kapoor’s illness) has brought Ranbir close to his father. He wants to spend maximum time with his parents.” The grapevine was also abuzz with rumours of Ranbir and Alia's wedding.
But, a latest Mumbai Mirror report says that Ranbir and Alia are not planning to settle down anytime soon, definitely not this year but that doesn't mean they are not serious about each other. The couple is ready to take their relationship one level further. Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor wants Ranbir to move in with Alia. This doesn't come as much of a surprise as Neetu has always been very fond of Alia. Infact, it's believed that Alia is Ranbir's only girlfriend to have gotten such a quick approval from mommy Neetu.
"Ranbir, who lives with his parents in Bandra (they are currently in New York for dad Rishi's treatment), is planning to get an apartment and move in with Alia. We hear a house hunt is in full swing and, ahem, it was mum Neetu's idea," the Mumbai Mirror report stated.
In January, it was reported that Alia had paid double the asking price for a new home in Juhu, leading to speculation that the couple might be planning a future together. Alia was quick to dismiss these reports. She told Bollywood Hungama, “Nothing of the sort. It is a place I’ve bought as my office space. Yes, I’ve started my own production house. I’ve named it Eternal Sunshine Productions. Do you like it?”
On the work front, Ranbir and Alia will be seen together in Brahmastra. It was on the sets of Ayan Mukerji's film that the two fell in love. The film is set to hit the screens on Christmas 2019.
