'Avengers: Endgame' Box-Office Report First Weekend: It's Hulk smash by MCU film in India; crosses Rs 150 crore markApril 29 (AZINS) The latest MCU film Avengers: Endgame has emerged as a winner at the box office in India. The film on its opening day minted Rs 53 crore which was a record in itself. Not only that, the final film of Infinity Saga went on to enter Rs 100 crore club on the second day of its release. The film had reportedly raked in Rs 65-70 crore nett even before the release in India which hinted at its smashing records.

Now as per reports in Box Office India, Avengers: Endgame has crossed Rs 150 crore mark over the weekend. The film made about Rs 53 crore on Sunday and the total collections until now are Rs 157.25 crore. Interestingly, the film has made 67% more than Avengers: Infinity War which released last year. Avengers: Endgame crossed the weekend collection record of Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju which had made Rs 119 crore in three days.

Saturday (Day 2): Rs 51 crore

Sunday (Day 3): Rs 53 crore

Total Weekend Collection: Rs 157.25 crore


Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Bradley Cooper and Josh Brolin in the lead roles. The movie is directed by Russo Brothers - Anthony Russo and Joe Russo while it's produced by Kevin Feige of Marvel Studios.
