'Student of the Year 2' actor Tiger Shroff has never been to a 'real' college!April 30 (AZINS) Tiger Shroff is currently neck deep in promotions of his upcoming film - Student of the Year 2, in which he stars alongside debutantes Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria. The movie has been criticised on social media ever since the firt look posters came out. Netizens had bashed the outlandish clothes worn by the three 'students' in the posters and after the trailer got unveiled, the film was accused of being too far from reality.

So when Tiger Shroff graced a recent episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, he was naturally, asked to differentiate between a real college and the larger-than-life ones that we see in a typical Karan Johar film. To everyone's surprise, Tiger told Kapil Sharma, that he won't be able to tell the difference between the two as he has never really stepped foot in a college, reports Mumbai Mirror.

The tabloid then added that Tiger went on to explaim how he went on to take up Sajid Nadiadwala's Heropanti opposite Kriti Sanon, right after school and so, the only college he's ever been to is the one in the films.

Student of the Year 2 is the second installment in the franchise which was kick-started by Karan Johar's directorial. The first film was the launchpad of Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. For SOTY 2, Punit Malhotra has stepped into the direcotor's chair. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on May 10, 2019.
