A lot of celebrities shared their photos with Trisha on their Instagram and Twitter to wish her. Among all the wishes received by Trisha, one of them was a marriage proposal. No, no, it wasn't a fan who proposed marriage to the actor but her close friend and co-star of a couple of films, Charmme Kaur.

Yes, Charmme posted a photo with Trisha on her Twitter page and wrote, "Baby I love u today n forever Am on my knees waiting for u to accept my proposal let’s get married ( now toh it’s legally allowed also  ) #happybirthday @trishtrashers" To which Trisha replied, "thank you and i said YES already @Charmmeofficial". This act by both of them grabbed many eyeballs and people started wondering if it's true or not.

On the work front, Trisha has several films in her kitty. She will be seen in a Tamil film titled Garjanai, which is a remake of Anushka Sharma starrer NH10. She also has Sathuranga Vettai 2 which is a sequel to 2014 of the same name. She will also be starring in a film based on 2008 Mumbai attacks titled 1818.

On the occasion of her birthday, Trisha announced her forthcoming film which is titled Paramapadham Vilayattu. This is her 60th film and even the trailer for the same was unveiled.
