The actress, who had also made it official with her boyfriend George Panayiotou on New Year day this year, finally got engaged to him in London on Sunday. The couple hosted a lavish engagement bash in London where they laughed and made merry till pretty late.

Amy Jackson looked beautiful in a black and white gown while George Panayiotou chose to suit up in white. Amy took to her Instagram page to share a picture from the do. She wrote alongside, "The most unbelievable day celebrating our engagement. Thankyou to all our amazing friends and family who made it sooo special so much love (Yiayia doing the Greek traditions for us."

The pictures and videos from the fun filled engagement party are going viral on social media.

Amy and George had earlier told the Hello magazine that though, Amy's pregnancy was unplanned, they're ready for it. They were quoted as saying, "We're at that stage where we're definitely ready for it. I don't think you can ever plan something perfectly, but we're in such a good place. We're happy together, we have a beautiful home and we're excited to be a mum and dad."

Grapevine has it, that Amy and Geirge Panayiotou will tie the knot sometime early in 2020, after the birth of the baby. Apparently, the couple wants a destination wedding and they've zeroed in on Mykonos Island in Greece as the wedding venue.
