June 9 (AZINS) If there are three actors who've managed to impress the audiences with their impeccable acting chops and the choice of scripts that they take up in the current lot, it's hands down Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkummar Rao and Vicky Kaushal. The three actors have had a blast with releases like AndhaDhun, Badhaai Ho, Stree, Sanju, Manmarziyaan, Uri among others to their credit. 

Now, earlier this year it was reported that a sequel to Akshay Kumar's 2007 hit horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa was on the cards. While nobody had any clue about the cast of the film which is yet to be announced, looks like the makers have shortlisted Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkummar Rao and Vicky Kaushal for the male lead in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. 

A recent report on BollywoodHungama quoted a source as saying, "The script of the film is almost done and so as to not waste time, the makers have begun the casting process. Till now, the options for the male lead have been brought down to just three names. Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao are the three names that have been shortlisted. There will be more follow ups, screen tests, look tests and the likes after which either one of the three will be cast in the lead role of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.” 

In case you're caught unaware, the director of Housefull 4, Farhad Samji has apparently developed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and will be taking the director's chair for the same. It seems to be a tough call for the makers to finally decide who to cast as the lead in the sequel as all the three actors have had their fare share of success at the box office.
