For those who've come in late, it all began in April this year, when Salman Khan went out cycling on the streets of the city. The juornalist has alleged that Salman Khan snatched his phone while he was cycling.
Sharing the details of the incident, the journalist had said that the mediapersons present on the spot had started clicking pictures of Salman Khan after taking permission from his bodyguard. But turns out that this didn't go down well with the actor and it led to a huge argument.
The complainant also claims that Salman's bodyguards misbehaved with him and his cameraperson following which the actor snatched his phone. However, there were several reports contradicting the details shared by the complainant which suggested that Salman had gestured the mediaperson to not click pictures or record videos.
A Pinkvilla report states that the advocate Neeraj Gupta has claimed that Salman Khan had deleted all the data from the journalist's phone and added that the police had not taken proper cognisance of the initial complaint, hence they are now knocking the doors of the court.
