June 27 (AZINS) Within just five days of its release, Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh crossed Rs 100 crore mark at the box office. This has become Shahid's first solo Rs 100 crore film and his happiness has no bounds. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh had tweeted, "#KabirSingh versus the biggies... Days taken to reach ? 100 cr... 2019 releases [screen count in brackets]... #Bharat: Day 4 [4700], #KabirSingh: Day 5 [3123], #Kesari: Day 7 [3600], #GullyBoy: Day 8 [3350], #TotalDhamaal: Day 9 [3700]"

Now, as per reports in Box Office India, Kabir Singh did a marvellous business on its first Wednesday as well. The film made about Rs 15.75 crore approx on the sixth day of its release and the total collections have amounted up to Rs 120 crore approx. 

Meanwhile, Taran tweeted, "#KabirSingh is displaying strong legs at the BO... Refuses to slow down on weekdays... Has eclipsed the biz of all films... Fri 20.21 cr, Sat 22.71 cr, Sun 27.91 cr, Mon 17.54 cr, Tue 16.53 cr, Wed 15.91 cr. Total: ? 120.81 cr. India biz. BLOCKBUSTER."

He also wrote, "#KabirSingh is having a dream run at the BO... #KabirSingh has crossed *extended Week 1* biz of #Kesari [? 105.86 cr; 8 days], #GullyBoy [? 100.30 cr; 8 days] and *Week 1* biz of #TotalDhamaal [? 94.55 cr; 7 days] in just *6 days*... #KabirSingh is a MONSTROUS HIT!"

Kabir Singh is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who also directed the original Telugu film, Arjun Reddy.
