Is Natalie Portman worthy of the hammer in 'Thor: Love And Thunder'? Here's what Twitter feels
July 21 (AZINS) Marvel Studios made an exciting announcement on Saturday night. They announced as many as 11 movies and TV shows, which are going to constantly release in theatres or be broadcasted over the next two years. The makers have also introduced newer faces.

However among them, some characters mark their return. Natalie Portman who played Jane Foster in Thor franchise, for example, will come back as a powerful character in Thor: Love And Thunder. If reports are to be believed then she will pick up the might Mjolnir (hammer) post Thor's death.

While unveiling the movie at the recently held Comic Con, Portman spoke about turning the female Thor. She said, "It feels pretty good." The actress, who will play Goddess of Thunder, also added, "I’ve always had a little hammer envy."

Hearing this news was quite a surprise for fans. Natalie had claimed she was done with Marvel movies. That appeared to be reason for her character's abscence in the last Thor movie, Thor: Rangnarok. Hence a few fans have called her hypocrite on that aspect. Meanwhile some others have claimed that she was born to be Jane (especially since her character resembles that in the comics).

Taika Waititi would direct Natalie with Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson in the movie which is slated to release in theatres on November 5, 2021.
