July 28 (AZINS) Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 is doing phenomenal business in the domestic market. The film crossed Rs 100 crore mark within two weeks of its release and is continuing to impress the masses in its third week as well. A week after that live-in action film The Lion King also hit the screens and it has been working well in the country since the time it released. The film had crossed Rs 50 crore mark within three days of its release.

Now as per reports in Box Office India, Hrithik's Super 30 made Rs 2.25 crore on its third Friday and it doubled up on Saturday by minting about Rs 4.50 crore. Now the total collections of the film are Rs 119.98 crore.

On the other hand, talking about The Lion King, the film had made Rs 5.25 crore on its second Friday. On Saturday, it showed growth of about 120% by making Rs 11.50 crore. The total so far is Rs 97.69 crore. The Lion King will hit Rs 100 crore club by Sunday.

While trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#TheLionKing witnesses excellent growth on [second] Sat... Growth on [second] Sat [vis-à-vis second Fri]: 116.07%... Will cross ? 100 cr today [Day 10]... [Week 2] Fri 5.35 cr, Sat 11.56 cr. Total: ? 98.48 cr. India biz. All versions. HIT."
