Two months since its release, Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh's run at the Box Office has come to an end. The movie has managed to make a lifetime run of Rs. 276 crore, as opposed to the expected collections of Rs. 300 crore.
Kabir Singh, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead roles was a dud in South regions, according to a report on Box Office India. Nizam / Andhra, Mysore and Tamil Nadu / Kerala, which was probably because they had already seen Vijay Deverakonda-Shalini Pandey starrer Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy. On the other hand, Kabir Singh is third highest grossing in Bihar after Baahubali: The Conclusion and Tiger Zinda Hai. The movie also crossed Rs. 10 crore mark there.
The highest collections for Kabir Singh came from Mumbai, where the movie minted Rs. 87.21 crore. Delhi/UP was leading with Rs. 66.18 crore, recording highest net collections of all time.
Kabir Singh worked well overseas too. It minted Rs. 47 crore from overseas, thus earning worldwide gross of Rs. 377 crore and Indian gross of Rs. 330 crore. In fact Kabir Singh has gone on to become 11th highest grossing film worldwide.

It has worked a similar magic in the Hindi cinema and Shahid Kapoor has finally received his due as an actor.
